Ed Romaniello has been a new home builder since 1989.  He has been inspecting homes since 1998.  His background in home building is crucial in understanding and knowing about the condition of  a home or commercial building.  He is knowledgeable and professional, never sarcastic or boastful. Ed is the Home Inspector with "Eagle Eyes" .

 

 

 

 

 

Ed will meet you at the property on the date & time you have selected.  He will encourage you to follow along, ask questions and see first hand the current condition of the home.  He will point out not only areas of concern but also the homes good features.   If you wish to have other family members present, it is never a problem.  

After the inspection, a review of the findings will be discussed with you.  Your inspection report will be a "State of the art" report including full color photos with red arrows pointing to the defects found.  This will make it easy for your attorney to see exactly what was seen at the inspection.  The inspection report will be completed by Ed  personally, then emailed to you, your Attorney & Realtor.
